Helen's Story

Life I'm happy and healthy living in Halifax. I was home for a visit in 2005 and could not believe how much Sherwood Park had grown. I have three children- 2 girls and 1 boy. Heidi is almost 22, Brittany is turning 20, and my son Allan, will be 18...Expand for more
. That means I'm old. I'm keeping active by swimming with our local masters team and I just started drum lessons. My kids think I've gone a little looney. I still keep in touch with some of my "old" friends, but I would love to here from the rest of you.
